Identify opportunities to strengthen the training, prioritize initiatives for ongoing program improvement, and handle all disciplinary matters with regards to apprentices as outlines in the Apprenticeship Standards.
Kansas City Council
Responsible for member retention in the Kansas City Council by serving as ambassadors to new members, providing world class networking events, and delivering management education programs that meet the specific needs of the Kansas City members.
Eastern Missouri Council
Responsible for member retention in the Eastern Missouri Council by serving as ambassadors to new members, providing world class networking events, and delivering management education programs that meet the specific needs of the Eastern Missouri members.
Serve as a safety resource for ABC members and help promote the health, safety, and welfare of all members of the construction industry by developing training programs and seminars that meet members’ needs, serving as subject matter experts for staff and members, and developing and maintaining relationships with OSHA-related industry groups.
Government Affairs Committee
Focus on all aspects for ABC’s advocacy strategy as it works to promote and defend the needs of the merit shop construction industry at the local, state, and federal level.
Focus on developing a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for ABC to effectively communicate the ABC story to members and the community.
Young Professionals Committee
Develop programming to connect young professionals within the industry and provide world-class training specific to their needs.
