The Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) program is a national accreditation program developed by ABC to publicly recognize and honor those construction firms which have documented their commitment in four key areas of corporate responsibility:  Safety, Employee Benefits, Training, and Community Relations.  Of the 23,000 members of ABC, only 450 have achieved Accredited Quality Contractor status.

Benefits of Accredited Quality Contractors

Contractors that successfully qualify as "Accredited Quality Contractors" are accredited for one year and are entitled to all the privileges of the program during that period.  As an "Accredited Quality Contractor" you will receive a handsome wall plaque, national and local recognition, authorized language to use in bid documents, authorized use of the AQC logo on letterhead, business cards and jobsite signs.  And much, much more.  Your company will also be designated an "Accredited Quality Contractor" in ABC's membership directory and in ABC's Construction Referral Service.

AQC Pledge

As contractors, we want construction owners and the public in general to know that we care about our employees and the communities in which we build, and that we are prepared to demonstrate this concern through our actions.  We are proud to be contractors and proud to be an integral part of this great industry.  We want our many "publics" to know that we are dedicated to the principles of free enterprise and that we are committed to providing our employees, now and in the future, with the skills they need to work safely and productively on the jobsite.
